We accept returns and issue full refunds for faulty products. If your product is faulty please get in touch with us. If a product is deemed faulty upon return we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange once inspected at Head Office. If you are sending a faulty item our way, please alert us via email@example.com BEFORE you return your item to ensure your item is indeed faulty. You must notify us of a fault within 3 days of receiving your item & return the item in its original condition & packaging.
