Subscription Terms and Conditions:

- When a subscription is purchased, access to the website commences immediately. From there you will be directed to our private community pages via email and your page requests will be approved promptly.

- There are no refunds on subscription payments that have already processed.

- Subscription payment is a monthly direct debit, please ensure you have the correct funds available. If payment is failed, you will be notified via email and a further 2 payment tries will occur. If all payment tries fail, your subscription will be cancelled and your access to the website and private community pages will cease.

- Subscription prices are subject to change, active subscription customers will be notified prior to any changes.

- You will be asked to make an account login upon purchase, please make a note of these login details as they will be used by you to edit/cancel subscriptions in the future, as well as access the website.

- Weekly Instagram lives will be held every Monday night 7.30pm AEST, on the rare occasion we have to change this live date, we will notify you via the community Instagram page prior with the alternate date.

The Wild Hearts Club reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice.

We are a safe and gated community, no bullying or negative commentary between community members will be tolerated and is grounds for immediate cancellation and dismissal of your subscription and benefits.
